David Scott is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. From November 2008 to May 2011 he was Executive Director of Shanta Gold Limited, an AIM listed gold exploration and development company operating in Tanzania. In 2004, Mr. Scott founded a company, Scott Consulting, as an independent geologist focused on providing contractor and consulting services for exploration and mining projects in Tanzania, Madagascar, Uganda and elsewhere in Africa.
