Mandell L. Crawley is Executive Vice President and Morgan Stanley’s Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees. In Mr. Crawley’s current role as Chief Human Resources Officer, he oversees the Human Capital Management & Global Services (HCMGS) division, which is inclusive of the Human Resources, Corporate & Enterprise Services and Global Centers functions. HCMGS is focused on fostering the Firm’s strong brand and culture while enhancing the employee and workplace experience. The organization drives a human capital and location strategy to attract, develop, performance manage, reward and retain a talented global, distributed workforce.
