Matthew Lutz is a registered architect (RA) in the State of Vermont, a certified passive house consultant (CPHC), and an associate professor of architecture in the School of Architecture + Art at Norwich University. His research focuses on the intersection of high-performance building and affordable housing. Prof. Lutz is a member of the Vermont Board of Architects and is active in the passive house community, which works to further high-performance sustainable building practices.
