Lieutenant Colonel Vinh Q. Nguyen, representing the US Army, is a national security affairs fellow for the academic year 2023–24 at the Hoover Institution. He is an army enterprise marketing and behavioral economics officer, initially commissioned into the Signal Corps. He served in various assignments in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific. He has also deployed to Iraq and served an operational tour in Saudi Arabia.
