From Temp to Senior VP: A Journey of Growth and Flexibility at JLL 00:10:00

Amarjit “Marj” Bains joined JLL in 2002, her educational background was in accounting. After immigrating from the United Kingdom to Miami, she was hired as a temporary receptionist at JLL’s office in Miami. Soon after, she joined the property management team and became a property administrator before being promoted to manager, then director and now EVP.
