Penny began their career in 2005 at MCAP Service Corporation as Vice President, Subservicing Operations, where they successfully increased return on cost and client satisfaction. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President, Contact Centre Operations, where they implemented new strategies to improve customer service and reduce costs.
