Chris Buncic serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Buncic is one of the founding partners in the formation of Ascendant Resources Inc. Prior to cofounding Ascendant, Mr. Buncic served in senior management roles at several Canadian corporations in the technology and resources sectors. Prior to his corporate roles, Mr. Buncic spent six years in Institutional Equity Research at leading Canadian independent full-service brokerage firms Cormark Securities Inc.
