Mrs. de Vries joined Hy-Tech Drilling in 2012 as an HR Coordinator and advanced to the role of HR Manager prior to her current position of Vice President People. She oversees the HR, EHS and Training departments, ensuring that Hy-Tech's people are safe, well-supported and skilled. Mrs. de Vries holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a focus on Psychology, a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation.
