Louis-Pierre Gignac serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Gignac has been the Co-President of G Mining Services Inc., a mining consultancy firm located in Brossard, Québec, Canada, since October 2015. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Mine Engineering for the same company. He has 19 years of experience in the mining industry in various engineering and management roles.
