One year after obtaining a degree in Computer Science from Bari University, he founded Abaco Software S.a.s.In June 2005, following the merger between Abaco and AISoftw@re, he became a member of the Board of Directors of AISoftw@re, a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange from 2000, which became Exprivia in 2006. In September of the same year, he was appointed CEO of Exprivia and, in March 2008, took the role of Chairman.Since 2011 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Anitec-Assinform (National association for ICT businesses) and since 2013 a member of the Board of Governors of Confindustria Digitale.From 2013 to 2017 he was President of Confindustria (Industries Association) for Puglia and a member of the Board of Governors for Confindustria Nazionale and of the Confindustria Regional Representation Committee.
