Jonas Grossman is Managing Partner and President of Chardan, where he oversees the firm’s banking and capital markets activities. Under Mr. Grossman’s leadership, Chardan has developed leading franchises in the biotechnology and technology sectors, and is one of the most notable underwriters, advisors, and sponsors of SPACs, having been in involved in approximately 125 SPAC IPO transactions raising over $15 billion, serving as an advisor to 46 SPAC transactions totaling over $43.3 billion in transaction value, and having sponsored/co-sponsored 15 SPAC transactions.
