Kenneth (Ken) Kwok Toong is Independent Non-Executive Director of Cathay International Holdings Limited. He is a Non-executive Director of the Company. He has over 30 years’ experience in the banking industry. He is a nonexecutive director of Sun Life Hong Kong Limited. Until his retirement in 2008, he was the deputy head of Asia and head of North Asia, Private Wealth Management for Deutsche Bank AG. Between 2009 and 2011, he was the Chairman, Asia for Clariden Leu Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group.
