Jonathan Doorley is a Partner and Head of New York, overseeing the growth and operations of Brunswick’s largest office in the Americas with more than 250 team members. He leads the firm’s global Financial practice, advising Boards and management teams across sectors on media, investor and stakeholder relations programs related to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and other capital markets matters. In the first half of 2024, the practice advised on 155 transactions worth $280 billion and counseled corporate issuers on 17 publicly disclosed activist defense engagements with an aggregate market cap of $341 billion.
