Teresa has worked in Recruitment and Search for more than three decades and for Spinnaker since 2008.Prior to Spinnaker, she completed a management buyout of the Locum Group, and subsequent trade sale to Reed Health, after growing the business from a staff of 25 to 180.Teresa has experience across a wide range of industries, which includes recruitment projects all over the world.
