Jo Maes (1968) has been a member of Ordina's Management Board since 1 January 2017. On 30 June 2020, he was reappointed for a period of four years. In his role as CEO, he is responsible for General Operations, Communications & Marketing, HR, Sustainability, Commercial Affairs & Portfolio, and Business Development. Since July 4, 2022, Mr. Maes also serves as an independent (non-executive) director of the Flemish Radio and Television Broadcasting Organization (VRT).
