I have spent the past 30 years in a variety of roles championing for a strong and beneficial northern minerals industry. I come at this from having been raised in a mining town in a mining family, and having built a career on my earth sciences education and a wide variety of work experiences in the non-renewable resource industry in northern Canada. I am privileged to be able to advance through my work my basic belief that the non-renewable resource industry can be a valuable and responsible contributor to society, and most importantly it can make a significant difference in people’s lives through training, meaningful employment and business opportunities.
