Having graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brescia, he joined Gefran in 1995, where he first dealt with designing Industrial Sensors. Over the years, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, such as Technical Director of the Sensors Division, Plant Director of the Sensors Division and, since 2016, General Manager of the Group's Sensors and Components Business unit. in 2019, he obtained an EMBA from MIP - Politecnico di Milano.
