Jason Batise is the Executive Director of the Wabun Tribal Council, serving six First Nation communities in North Eastern Ontario. As a First Nations group, and in large part due to the efforts and the experience of the Wabun leadership, the member First Nations have established partnerships with industry and government that allow them to operate in a more self-sustaining manner.
