Ole Rosgaard serves as Greif’s President and CEO. Since joining Greif in 2015, he has served as Vice President and Division President of Greif’s Rigid Industrial Packaging – North America business unit. He also served as Senior Vice President and Group President of Global Industrial Packaging and was responsible for all Rigid, Flexible, and Accessory packaging operations worldwide, until he became COO. In addition, from 2016 to 2019, Ole led the transformation of the company’s Sustainability program bringing it into an industry-leading position. Before joining Greif, Ole was Group Managing Director for one of the largest global roofing manufacturers. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director in one of the largest international window company groups. Currently, Ole serves on the Board of Directors of the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA). Ole possesses unique insight and has vast experience in leading cross-cultural people and teams around the world by permanently living in five countries and working across five continents in both family- and private-equity-owned businesses. He is a committed lifelong learner, having attended numerous executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and other leading European organizations.
