Samir Patel Managing Partner Samir is the managing partner of Trophy Point. Experience: 15 years as a private lender. He previously co-founded another private lending fund that has originated $200 million+ in private, commercial loans. Owner of multiple hotels and other real estate assets. Served as a US Army cavalry officer commanding troops in combat zones: Iraq and Afghanistan. He bought his first hotel when he was a junior in college. He has successfully served as an officer in the US Army serving as the chief operations officer of a 1,000-person organization. Samir teaches real estate entrepreneurship at Georgia State University.
