Mr. Bosacki is a skilled specialty pharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of operational experience in clinical development, regulatory and legal oversight, and product commercialization. Previously, he served as President and CEO for Lautus Pharmaceuticals, a privately held pharmaceutical company focused on the dermatology and aesthetics markets. Mr. Bosacki revived and expanded the GlyDerm product line which was acquired by Mission Pharmacal in 2016 after which Mr. Bosacki joined the Mission Pharmacal team to lead its newly formed aesthetic dermatology division, Espada Dermatology, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Oceana Therapeutics, Inc., a specialty therapeutic company he co-founded.
