Jonathan Li brings over 20 years of capital markets experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Minto Apartment REIT. As CEO he oversees the overall strategic direction of the REIT, including investment performance and growth, capital structure and communication with key stakeholders. Joanna is the Director, Sustainability & Innovation for Minto Group, a fully integrated real estate company offering new homes and condos, rentals, furnished suites, property and investment management across Canada and in the southern U.S.A. Joanna joined Minto in 2017 after 15 years as a mechanical engineering consultant, and focuses on reducing energy, water and carbon consumption at Minto’s rental properties. As Senior Vice-President of Operations, Paul has overall responsibility for day-to-day property operations and property level P&L across Minto Apartment REIT portfolio.
