Bruno Nocivelli, born in Brescia on 7 August 1946. In 1965, he obtained his high school diploma from the Technical Institute for Surveyors of Brescia. From a young age, he joined his father's company, initially covering the role of sales manager for the trade and distribution of petroleum products. Over the years, he has progressively acquired greater and greater management experience which has allowed him to take over the reins of the company, bringing it to its current levels of growth and competitiveness. In particular, Bruno Nocivelli is responsible for the happy intuition of expanding the Issuer's activity to new business lines, such as those relating to plant engineering, in the field of heat and electricity management, and to technological services, in from the perspective of global service and facility management, giving the Issuer a primary role especially in the public procurement sector. He held the role of Sole Director of the Issuer until October 2020. As of the Admission Document Date, he holds the position of President of the Board of Directors and exercises, by proxy granted to him by the same body, all the powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration.
