Peter J. Gundermann Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2003, Peter Gundermann has been with the Company since 1988. Mr. Gundermann has been a director of Astronics since 2001 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in June 2019. He holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
