Mony is a managing director at M12, where he leads the fund’s activities in EMEA. He co-founded M12 in 2016, opening the Tel Aviv office and establishing fund strategy in the UK and Germany. Mony has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, business development, research and development, and management. Previously a managing director at Qualcomm Ventures and Motorola Ventures in Israel, Mony led both offices from their earliest stages, developing them into the preeminent corporate venture capital firms in the region. Mony has invested in over 35 startups to date and currently serves on 15 boards in sectors including business applications, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity & identity, data & AI, and developer tools. He has shepherded 15 meaningful exits to date, including Mobileye (NYSE:MBLY)—which, at the time, was the largest-ever IPO of an Israeli company in the United States—as well as acquisitions by Intel, Qualcomm, and Facebook.
