Ragy Thomas was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer in June 2024 and Chairman of the Board. Prior to that, Mr. Thomas was our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of our board of directors since founding Sprinklr in September 2009. Previously, Mr. Thomas held various positions with Epsilon, a division of Alliance Data Systems Corp. now owned by Publicis Groupe, where he was most recently the president of interactive services from September 2006 to June 2008. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Thomas was also the chief technology officer of Bigfoot Interactive, an email communications company acquired by Epsilon. Mr. Thomas earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Computer Science Engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India.
