Dylan is a partner at Howe & Rusling. He is focused on helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals while also adhering to their unique time horizons and investment priorities. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Prior to joining Howe & Rusling, Dylan served as an Army Ranger, serving multiple tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dylan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in American History. Dylan serves on the board of the Veterans Outreach Center. The Rochester Business Journal named Dylan as one of Rochester’s 2023 Forty Under 40 honorees. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys reading and traveling the globe as much as possible.
