Born into a family of hard-working entrepreneurs, Kade found his inspiration in the resilience and spirit of his own family's journey. Kade's own journey took him to Iowa State University, where he nurtured a global perspective through encounters with diverse cultures and viewpoints. This understanding, combined with his degrees in Accounting and Finance, prepared him to work with a diverse range of clients. His most profound education, however, came from two significant life experiences: his marriage to Karen, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and the birth of their daughter, Mila Grace, diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
