Denis Patrick Waddell is Non-Independent Executive Chairman of the Board of Orion Gold NL since February 27, 2009. Mr Waddell is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the management of exploration and mining companies. Prior to establishing Tanami Gold NL in 1994, Denis was the Finance Director of the Metana Minerals NL group. During the past 30 years, Mr Waddell has gained considerable experience in corporate finance and operations management of exploration and mining companies.
