Assia is a co-founding partner of Muse Capital, and advisor to consumer tech startups, public companies and sports businesses. She has worked at the forefront of technological disruption for 20 years, from the first onset of mobile, to music streaming, subscription models, D2C commerce, gaming & and Web3. She started her career in 2004 in London, creating & launching TV & Radio for Ministry of Sound, one of the leading music brands/record labels in Europe, which later sold to Warner Music. She became an early thought-leader and advisor of digital media and consumer innovation through her consultancy business, which lead her to support scaling businesses and leaders from Spotify (starting in 2010 to IPO) to ATC Management in Europe, with strategic partnerships & global business development to accelerate scale.
