Richard H. Clarida serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, a position he has held since September 2018. Clarida earned his Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and has taught at Columbia University and Yale University, where he was the C. Lowell Harriss Professor of Economics and International Affairs.
