Bill has deep roots in Baltimore; he graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute High School and then went on to graduate magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. Bill started in the finance industry in 1967 and had roles with Alex Brown and Son as Vice President of the Margin/Customer Services Department and Baker Watts & Co., where he held such roles as Director of Research, Vice President of Retail Sales Administration, Managing Director of Operations and Executive Vice President.
