Ted has a Ph.D. in Geology and an M.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of Toronto. He began their career in 1970 as a Project Geophysicist. Over the years, he has held various roles at organizations such as Urquhart Dvorak Ltd., High-Sense Geophysics Ltd., and Questor Surveys, accumulating a wealth of experience in Magnetic, Electromagnetic, and Radiometric data collection and interpretation.With over 50 years of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a seasoned professional. His expertise spans across a wide range of domains including Oil Basin studies, Mineral and Diamond exploration, radioactive satellite fragment recovery, and the development of electromagnetic (EM) systems such as HeliTEM, Quantem, and AFEM. He has also contributed significantly to the field through publications, talks, and professional affiliations with esteemed organizations like the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the Geological Association of Canada.Currently serving as the Owner and President of New-Sense Geophysics Ltd. since 2005, Ted oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. His responsibilities include but are not limited to equipment development, quality control, processing, enhancement, and interpretation of geophysical data. Under his leadership, New-Sense Geophysics Ltd. has thrived as a prominent player in the industry, leveraging their decades of experience and expertise to deliver high-quality services to clients.
