Mr. Humberto Reynaldo Nadal del Carpio serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. since April 1, 2011. Mr. Nadal joined our company as Corporationrationrate Development Manager in June 2007 and has served as our Director since March 2008 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2011. He has a Bachelor degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacfico and a Master degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is the representative of Cementos Pacasmayo in the General Management of ASPI, Fosfatos del Pacfico S.A. and Salmueras. Moreover, he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Universidad del Pacfico, Director of Ferreycorp and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fondo Mivivienda. In April 2006, he joined Compaa Minera Ares S.A.C. as Corporationrationrate Development Manager. Mr. Nadal has also served as Business, Administration and Finance Manager of the Instituto Libertad y Democracia and Chief Executive Officer at Socosani S.A. He was recognized by Institutional Investor magazine as one of the three best CEOs in the construction industry of Latin America for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 since 2011.
